The 216 feet tall Statue of Equality honouring Saint-Philosopher Sri Ramanujacharya, has been inaugurated yday by Hon’ble Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi ji in Muchhinthal village, the outskirts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Spread across a 40 acres courtyard, it is curated of Panchaloha (Gold, Silver, Brass, Copper and Zync). Mounted on a 54 ft. high base building named Bhadra Vedi, it has floors devoted for a Vedic Digital Library and Research Centre. Sri Ramanujacharya was a philosopher renowned for his ideals of equality. Born in 1017 CE, he is revered worldwide as a Vedic philosopher and Social Reformer.
